My gyno - need help

Hey guys, new member here, sharing my gyno situation for the first time ever so please be nice 

I'm looking for info on the severity of my gyno and what results I can realistically expect from surgery.

I'm 23yo, had it since high school (15-16?). It's definitely gyno, with the fibrous tissue and glands beneath the nipples.
