Well I posted here before, but I dont think the pics did it justice, as I just finished a bulking cycle and was carrying a bit of fat. I am at around 155lbs at 6'0 and 16 years old right now, and even after weight loss.. the puffy nipples still remain. Recently, I have been feeling a tiny lump behind my nipples, it might be part of the muscle, but maybe not, I am not sure, but it doesnt feel like its attached to the muscle. It hurts sometimes when I touch it, but the pain is minor and it comes and goes(some days slight pain, some days I dont feel anything)

Here are the new pics

Anyway.. I would appreciate any comments.
Thanks

  • Wilma, grab the lotion, we're going to the beach!
Tough to say.  Usually those side shots are a dead give away.

You certainly don't have it as bad as most but your question is, "Do I have it?"  To that, I answer......NO.

Maybe it looks worse in person, but in the pics it doesn't look bad.

You have a very minor case in my opinion. Nothing to worry about it doesn't look bad at all. But, it does seem you have some minor excess glandular tissue towards the bottom of your chest and probably a little behind the nipple. I wouldn't say the lumps behind your nipples are muscle but, there is definetely a very small amount of gland. Anyone that tells you you didn't have any gyne would be lying. But, your case is very and I mean very minor. I am not sure about surgery in your case. You could get it but, it wouldn't make that much of a difference from the appearance now. And there would be slight scarring. You could also try some of the medicines but, probably wouldn't help. It depends on your opinion though. If it bothers you seek out an answer and do something about it. There are options but, for a case like yours surgery for example wouldn't do much compared to the way it looks now. But, it would get the very little gland out and shrink the nips a little and make the chest a little and I mean very little bit flatter. But, again it depends on you because even the tiniest cases of gyne can still suck. Do what you feel is right and again like I said before anyone that tells you there is absolutely nothing there would be lying. There is a little bit of gyne and is most likely glandular. You are very fit and your body fat is probably 8-12% which is good. So do what you feel you need to do surgery, medicine which probably woudln't do much, or leave it. Good luck.

is there any chance that it would go away on its own? I am 16 years old, and have had it since around I was 12, although it has gotten a bit better since then.

here are some more pics.. these are a bit older though(2 months back), and a was a bit heaver(170).

When my nipples are hard.. my chest looks great, and it completely tightens up, but when they are soft, it looks flabby, you can see it better in this pics

they were semi - hard in this pic, and it made a big diff.
Im not even sure that there are lump that i feel, I think it might be part of my lower pec. I never felt it before, and sometimes I think I feel something, and sometimes I cant(I think im prolly paranoid) and there is no real pain when i touch my nipple or anything.
I remember when I was about 11 or 12, and I first lumps about the size of a dime right behind my nipple and it hurt like hell when i touched them, but it went away within a few months, and everything was fine. Then like a year later my nipples got kinda puffy when they are soft(like they are now), but there is no lump like when i was 11. It is just like fat soft tissue behind the nipple.

You wonder if you have it. Well, I'd say NO. You don't have to worry about your chest. It looks perfectly normal to me. Even on the last pictures you posted here, there is no sign of gyne. Don't be ashamed to sport out your chest man ! I would be happy to have this !

JCMTS have you felt on the side of your chest or under your arm pits. In one of your older pictures you were flexing your chest and it looked like there was a little bit of gland on the side. Not very much and barely noticeable but, a little there. You do look good and definetely don't have much of a problem. But, as for saying you absolutely don't have gyne that would be a lie. But, it is so small it isn't even noticeable. Your nips are small which probably tells me there is a tiny bit of gland/fat so small barely noticeable. Go see a doc if it bothers you and ask for some more opinions as pictures often don't show everything. You can look better in some mirrors than others and in some photos than others. Go get some more opinions man. Because if your worried about it find out more be 100% sure there isn't a problem. I am just being honest because most of the people on this board have a much worse problem but, even the most of minorest cases can be devistating. So go to your doctor that would be the best bet. I have a mild case but, have sensitive and painful glands and don't care much about the extra size. Just want the glands removed so the pain stops and the puffies go away. So see what happens but, your case is either nothing or something so minor in the gyne world. Good luck and seeing the doc and then a surgeon was the best thing I ever did and am 1 step closer to getting these dang painful and sensitive glands removed.

If you do have gyne it is very, very slight. You have NOTHING to worry about.

Go and enjoy life.

Thats not gyne, it maybe puberty. Anyways, what are you doing bodybuilding at the age of 16, do you have any idea how bad it is for you starting at a young age? wait at least till your 17-18 till your boned develope, you grow more etc. It may really stop your growth!

I don't see anything that out of place.  Probably just puberty making them puff out a little, and even then it's super mild.

If this guy has gyno then people without gyno are the freaks because his chest looks like almost every guy's that I see.  Stop worrying man.
