Doubt after surgery.

Hello.

I had a gyno surgery almost 16 days ago. I feel good but I noticed there is quite a lot of liquid under the skin of my chest (just one, the other seems fine). Will the body reabsorb this with time? Would I need some kind of drainage? I also have hard lumps, quite a lot in fact. My doctor tells me its all ok and will go with time but I guess I would love to hear a second opinion if possible.
