Hello,
i have done a gynecomastia last April 2013 and also liposuction in my tummy

this was done with traditional lip suction

the operation for my breasts is not very successful and done bad

also for my abdon.

i would like to re-do to fix the similarities between two breasts and also there is still residual of the gynecomastia effect there , very obvious and i need help but i am scared to re-do with bad doctor like i did ,, he is in Egypt , so i want to go even ..

also if you know a good doctor in Sweden or USA advise me

Revision surgery is, in general, even harder to do than the original operation because there is now a layer of scar tissue present as well.

You would be best to look for an experienced gyne surgeon who has expertise in revision surgery.

Liposuction alone in the presence of significant glandular tissue is not effective for the treatment of gynecomastia.The glandular component requires excision for removal.Revisions as Dr Jacobs notes are more complex than the initial surgery.
