Surgery question help reay nervous

Having surgery in the week for Gyno I have little anxiety attacks which makes my heart rate high when I get really nervous.
My question is would it effect my surgery like isit dangerous if I panic before

I would speak with your surgeon about this.  Perhaps he can speak to you and try to calm you down or perhaps prescribe a mild sedative.

It is quite normal for a guy to be apprehensive just prior to surgery -- just don't let this fear become overwhelming.  The vast vast majority of gyne surgery goes smoothly and easily!

thank you so it wouldnt effect the actully surgery?like waking up while having surgery lols

I agree. You should discuss with your surgeon. He might be able to prescribe some medication you could take before the surgery to help keep you more calm. Also, the anesthesia doc can be better prepared when you get to the OR.
