Post surgery

Question for a doctor I suppose.
I am post op and am happy with results, my problem was puffy nipples.
Before my chest looked better when my nipples were hard.

Now my nipples become erect and annoys me. I have had my bloods checked etc. i wouldn't want to go down the surgery route. That would be silly as I'm not after perfection I am happy. But just irritates as they get hard and erect for no reasons. Any info would be appreciated or if anyone has come across this
