Gynecomastia combined with other lipo

Hi,
I was wondering, I'm gonna get gynecomastia surgery this year and I have a little bit of fat under my chin(my bodyfat is around 15% now) as well, can a lipo or sculpture type of sugery on that area be combined with the gynecomastia?
Do surgeons tend to keep the gyno removal as a seperate surgery? It would be great if both could be done at once.

Combination of gyne surgery with lipo neck, lipo abdomen, lipo love handles -- all can be combined -- it is done all the time.

Thanks mr. Jacobs! Also about the recovery of the neck lipo, is the swelling afterwards bad and does it go up to the lower part of the face?

Swelling is usually confined to the neck and then downwards, not upwards.  Swelling is quite variable with every patient -- but usually it subsides within a few days.

It is common to comdine gynecomastia with sdditional procedures.It is typically more cost effective for the additional procedures if they are combined with the gynecomastia surgery.
