How can I fix this crater from gynecomastia surgery 2 years ago?

I had gynecomastia surgery a few years back and my left nipple is sinking in. I thought eventually it would go away but it hasn't and now I want it fixed. Should I go back to the same doctor who performed my surgery? He said he can fix it but I'm a bit nervous now as of the result... I Was Wondering what the best procedure would be.

This crater can be fixed with the use of fat flaps.  You can return to your surgeon and seek his advice.  Would also recommend a second opinion with an expert in gyne surgery in your area -- or consider traveling for that opinion -- it might just be worth your while.

Looking at your photos I would have several comments. First, I am not as concerned about the depression when you raise your arm as I am about the overall appearance. Second, do you look better than you did prior to the surgery or do you feel you still exhibit gynecomastia? Third, has there been a significant weight gain since the surgery?

In my opinion, I do not think that your problem is a crater deformity as much as you have had under correction of your gynecomastia. it still looks like you have a great deal of "breast" even though perhaps the "glandular" tissue has been largely removed. This is why gynecomastia surgeons will usually combine some form of liposuction to help reduce the entire breast smoothly. My main concern is that after complete correction your skin might not be able to shrink adequately which is why i would counsel you to the probable need for a peri-areolar skin reduction as well. A good exam in required.
