Loose and protruding nipples

I've had gynecomastia for 5+ years now. Finally having surgery in November but worried that removing the gland wont make my nipples appear flat due to how loose and protruding they already are especially on my right side.

You have gynecomastia with puffy nipples.  You should do very well in the hands of an experienced gyne surgeon.  The puffy nipples should lie flat and flush with the surrounding skin immediately after surgery.

I have a very similiar case, and I've been cheking the option of a surgery for a few monthes. 
To me, the gyno disturbes a lot, and I belive it does to you too.
Anyway, I'm planning to go for a surgery, so I hope you'll find the soloution that best fits you.
