So I've finally booked surgery for November but over the last few days I've noticed my Gyne get smaller, I've had it from the age of 13/14( 19 now)due to puberty and I thought that it wouldn't go away if it's been present for more than 2 years or so. Oddly I actually want the surgery so I kinda want my Gyne to stay around until then. I don't know if it'll shrink and then stay there at a smaller size but it's a weird situation.

Very odd.  You basically have a choice  --  postpone your surgery and watch and wait and see what happens.  You can always re-book your surgery at a later time.

I note that a few weeks ago, you thought your gyne was growing and you had some tingling, etc, which can indicate growth.  Don't know and couldn't even hazard a guess as to why it seemed to have grown -- but perhaps whatever in your life stimulated the growth has now stopped and the gyne is diminishing somewhat.  Whether it will totally disappear is anybody's  guess.

I think I'm going to keep on course for surgery for the moment and if it shrinks even more up to then even if I still have slight glandular tissue and puffy nipples then I'll go through with surgery.
