Hello, I just had surgery 3 days ago , I think the doctor  used his technique where a small incision is done around the armpit area, as of now my chest is a little bit swollen there is also some bruisin on the right side, but what's worrying me the most is the right puffy nipple, I'm not sure he removed the remaining gland as I can feel something behind the nipple.

When my nipple is stimulated it's hard and sticks to the skin but other than that it's sticks out like it did before surgery. He told me it's just due to the post surgery swelling.

The left one is slightly puffy not much though.

At three days, it is much too early to start evaluating and worrying.  And feeling the nipple simply isn't going to tell you anything.

The differences may simply be more swelling on one side than the other -- so you must be patient.
