Have any of you doctors done this, or are these two types of surgeries ever done in one surgery? Say a minor bit of gland removal and then fixing a torn pec? Or should I definitely think that I'm gonna have to get two seperate surgeries..

Pectoral repair is complex.Often the best treatment is nonsurgical. This is typically a sports medicine issue.

Typically, a torn pec is repaired by an orthopedic surgeon, rather than a plastic surgeon.  We are sometimes called upon to try and camouflage a pec tear, but this is challenging, since most options provide for a static repair, but aren't so good for the dynamic nature of the chest.
Good luck.
