7-weeks postop- still some swelling?

Hey guys,
So its now 7 weeks postop and Im happy with the results. But, the first 2-3 weeks, my both nipples were flat. Now its only the right one which is more flat, the left one is looking like its more inwards, which has to do with the fact that the upper part of the nipple seems more "fluffy/swollen". When I push the upper part with my finger, it feels like its some air beneath it. 
Any one who was experienced something like this? Is it yet to early for the swolling to heal?

You may need to have your vest or bandages back on part time to reduce that swelling - promptly.  Have you visited your surgeon recently for their opinion?
