Any Opinion about TLC clinic
Can anyone post your valuable opinion about gynaecomastia surgery from TLC clinic Kollam Kerala ... The docs name is Anoop . Has anyone underwent surgery From there?

In all fairness, the letters TLC mean many things and in Nursing they refer to "Tender Loving Care." There are literally thousands of facilities including Veterinary Clinics and Auto Mechanics that use those initials.
I'm afraid you will have to do more homework.
