Growth from stimulation?
About 3.5ish weeks ago I was going ham on my right nipple. I squeezed the gland pretty hard for at least 15 mins. Since then, the gyno has gotten a bit worse on that side. It hurts whenever I lay on my chest or touch that area. The nipple is wrinkly now too. This is also the first time in which I can't pinch my nipple skin together due the gland. 

Doubt this is hormonal because my left side is the same. Both sides were less than grade 1 gyno until this, now this right side is probably grade 1-1.5

Could this just be fluid overfill in the mammry glands, anyone go through this ever?
