Hi. I havent been on here for a while, but just to recap - At the time I had a mediocre build, with deffinate fat that could be lost and puffy nipples. I debated whether to have surgery, had a consultation - My surgeon said I had mild gyne, but didnt think it was an issue but would down the surgery route if I really wanted, he also offered tamoxifen (or gen, i cant remember i didnt take it.) The general feel on here was that I also had a mild case, easily fixable.

Anyway, my 1st question is has anybody here had success from working out? This whole board it seems think all it does it make it worse, I dont think it has for me at all. Ive finished university now, all my friends have gone home so I'm just living out the lease in my house and working, in a nightclub so I have much free time and for the past 3 months I've basically lived in the gym (I dont find it a chore). Ive lost around 15-20lbs, making my muscle deffinition much clearer. The result is that the cardio has made my body trimmer, ive lost any removable fat i had around my chest and the working out i feel has broadened my shoulders, neck and upper pecs and my previously sagging nips just hang better and seem to stimulate more easily aswell. Ive been on a few vacations recently as well so I far more tanned than normal, I also had my chest waxed recently (by strangers in a salon..confidence eh?)
My nips could cut glass after a huge workout and theres nothing better than looking hairless, toned and tanned and smothered in sweat when walking toward that pool. I just cant understand how working out can be so negative...
Question 2, when stimulated, do you think you look fine? Like I said, I do. It looks better than fine when stimulated after Ive worked out these last 3 months.

Long winded maybe, but id be interested to see peoples views on stimulation and if ANYone had success from the gym.

Peace.

I'm not sure how to put this correctly medically, but when I just get out of a (cold) pool, I find that my chest looks more normal, because my nipples have sort of become compressed, or tighter and don't look as wide

i personally think that working out DID help me.

i'm much more ripped than i was before, so it draws attention away from the puffiness, and it makes me feel better about myself.

I agree however that you should do the RIGHT working out. I've scrapped flat bench pressing totally now, I do all my bench press with elevation, for example.

I also do pec flys to enhance the 'v' shape between pecs.

For me it made it worse.  Pre working out if it was cold i looked completely normal.

Post working out now even tho the nipples are flat, you can now see a lump behind the nipple, looks odd.
