Getting cold out

It’s been like this for the last few years. Now that it’s colder out I find my left nipple, when it gets cold, starts to really hurt! Just the left for some reason. Anyone else get pain when it’s cold out?

I've had that experience for many many years. 

Now I find myself waking up to pointy and sometimes sore nipples in the am when the heat in the bedroom isn't high.
