I'm curious about what it will be like to be around people who have known me for years, even decades, after I'm healed. Will they notice? Will they say anything or ask? I know that on some level, people are a little "freaked out" by a guy with boobs, so I'm wondering if people will be different. Nicer, maybe?

I want to read any stories about how others reacted when you returned to life after surgery. I'll come back and answer my own question when that time comes for me.

Came here to ask the same thing. My gynecomastia is pretty severe and I'll probably end up with scarring. Do people notice/say anything? Is it a turn-off for romantic partners?
