If anybody has had surgery under Dr JB Ratti please share inputs

Hi,

I've grade 2A gyno and considering surgery with Dr JB Ratti at Vittal Clinic, Delhi, India.
If anybody here has been operated by him, please do share inputs.

1.He does it in a private clinic, instead of a hospital/nursing home facility. So, will that be safe?
2.He does it only under local anaesthesia, without sedatives, so can there be pain associated?
3.He makes a large peri-areolar incision, so are the scars very prominent?
4.Based on your experience, please share your opinions about the Doc in terms of expertise/technique, patient friendliness, cost, follow up care.
