I'm not one to get my feathers ruffled but seeing a news clip recently made me get angry. I found myself absentmindedly massaging my boobs and just then I noticed I was relaxing at the same time my anger was subsiding.

The calming effect of massaging my boobs was a revelation to me, and now I'll massage them to sorta zone out / relax before going to sleep.

Is this common or am I uncommonly lucky?

When I am overly focused on something I find I like to feel a boob as I concentrate.
If the bra fits, wear it.

I find that at times at my desk I to will take my hand and place it gently over the breast and let my fingertips rub along the underwire.  Calming, I guess it is.  I just won't, and don't do it in public or anywhere else.  Only at my desk.  Perhaps that's why.
