I havent heard about one person whose gynecomastia has resolved either during or after puberty....

I'm gonna ask my GP if there is any truth to it the next time that I see him. Actually I have a physical in March. I'll ask then. ;)  

Gawd, he'll probably say "Gynecomastia..... what's that?".   ::)

I hear ya.

I think some mild (soft) puffiness can resolve on its own, but not full-blown breasts, or even hard glandular nips.

how do i know if i have soft puffy nips or hard glandular ones?
