Totally new to this, but need major help

Im 27 year old man.  6ft 2" and around 15st.  Ive always had a flabby chest, even though i go to the gym at least once a day, but 3 months ago i developed a lump under my left nipple, now its noticable when i wear shirts and its making my life hell.  Im always snappy, my confidence has gone and im depressed.  all because of this gyno.  Ive had a few quotes for Male breast reduction from BUPA etc and they all come to around £2500.  Does anyone know of anywhere else that is cheaper.  Surgury is the only way forward now, and i think if i wasnt married with kids i would probably be a lot more depressed than i am.
