My Gyne Pics - Please rate - Dr. Bermant

This is the second set of pics that I'am posting about a year later from the first one.
I want to schedule surgery sometime late this year or next year with dr/ bermant.
Have had this for over 15 years. It comsumes my life and my self confidence. Seems like it is getting worse.
Here are my particular's 5'7" 130 lbs. -- In the pictures I look fat but I suffer from IBS and I'am severly bloated all the time about 2 pants sizes. (usually waist 31 now a 33 when bloated).

Please offer any comments:
1) How bad does it look?
2) After surgery will it look some what flat?
3) How much need to be done?

Its not that bad, but i guess its still visible. Have you tried working out?

Still a tiny bit visible ... But not that serious. As nomis said, try some working out and see what happens. Good luck
