Im 15 im overweight but not that fat.
Can you tell if this will go away naturally or i need surgery

I've read this post through several times and also the other one where you asked about breast cancer.

I cannot think of anyone off hand who had nipples that retracted with Gynecomastia. Usually the problem is just the reverse of that.

I strongly suspect that you are concerned about nothing. But, I really think you should see a Doctor and let your worst fears be known. Do not accept any answers that seem to be too well rehearsed. and ask for a second opinion if you do not like the doctors reply to your concerns.
