Blue Cross/Blue Shield is what I have. They didn't pay. Ask your Dr. for the "surgical code #" then ask BC/BS if your policy covers that. On my policy they covered my blood tests ($175) and lab tests of removed tissue ($600) and my co-pay on the prescription meds set me back $15. Save up and get it done. Your PS may have some sort of financing option if you are willing to do that. Wish I could give you a positive response on insurance covering it. Like your handle too. PEACE

So... I guess Blue Cross/Blue Shield fits in the 'most don't ' category.
