My Situation

I have gyne, I had it when I was younger and I have it now.  The only problem is I have gained weight since I was a kid.  I need to find an Alberta Surgeon who will perform the surgery even though yes I need to lose weight.  So far when I diet, my belly gets smaller, my face sucks in, but my chest sticks out....
I am at a loss before I even start dieting.  Not only does the gyne look worse, pshycologically it wreaks havok on me.
