my situation is that i am 6'2 and 300 lbs and my g is out of control i can easily fit into a large b cup what would a doctors stipulations be before surgury?

Your BMI is 39 -- which classifies you as very obese.  Your problem is more than gynecomastia -- your present weight is going to significantly shorten your life and make you prone to early onset of heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, etc.

I would strongly recommend a major effort of diet and exercise (yes, it can be done!) to lose weight.  This is not pleasant and it takes time and lots of fortitude.  But it will be worth it.  Alternatively, you may look into possible bypass surgery, which can result in dramatic weight losses.

Then, once you have lost the weight, you can think about treatment of your gyne.
