Guys,

New to the forum and reading through learned alot of info - many thanks.

Now my situation I'm unsure really whether it is Gyno or just plain Man boobs ...

i've noticed my chest has been large since age of 13 onwards and for the last 3 yrs (now 21) I have been training hard weights, CV and diet but still the chest just doesnt shift got a few pics i can put on i'm happy with my body in general but the only thing i am uncomfrtable with is the chest, see what you think and any feedback would be appreciated .....

From the front doesnt seem to bad but up close and to the size its very noticeable, not sure what the best approach is surgery, extra diet/cardio or even weight loss pills etc...again any info would be appreciated

Many thanks

It appears that you have slight poofyness in your nipples, and that's a sign of gland tissue. Chances are the best (and probably the only) way to remove it is surgery. I strongly recommend you get surgery, because working harder and harder with less body fat will only cause the nipples and breast area to become more obvious. It's clear that you're working out very hard as you appear very fit, and you'll look exactly how you want to be when the gyne is removed.

Thanks for that NH, Come to that conclusion myself deep down really about the surgery, was hopein there may be another alternative but going to book an appointment with my GP (Did see one a few years ago but he just put it down to my 'big frame') Which wasnt any help lol.

Any ideas on it coming back if you do go ahead with surgery?

dude i thought i was looking at myself in those pics. our bodies and gyne are quite similar. i do think u have it. I also personally found that when i loose body fat and work my chest out that it makes my gyne stick out even worse. i would go look into some plastic surgeons so you can get it all fixed up. i got my surgery may 14. just think how great your body will look after you get the surgery

Took the first step today in making an appointment with my GP only space is in 2 weeks (NHS for ya!) Theres a new doc i have been seeing and had no problems with him with any other issues so hopefully he will be understanding, other than the genuine stuff (uncomfortable with top off, cant wear tight clothing, lower self esteem etc etc) any other stuff i can mention that will help the doc pass me on for a referal?

Again cheers ...

i dunno man i was just on the beach before and like 75% of the shirtless guys i saw have one side of their chest slightly bigger than the others, but if it bothers you get it sorted out by all means. I think you look great.

Just been for my first appointment with my GP (thru NHS)....

Informed him of my situation took my top off and he agreed that it was a case of gyne refered me immeaditatly onto a specialist (going seeing them in 2weeks).

One think that the doc mentioned and i have never come across he informed that there was a drug avilable called 'Danazol' and informed this can reduce the brest tissue but the specialist would only prescribe this for me now has anyone come across this before???

Cheers again
