I have been dealing with this for about 15 years now and after reading all of the post here I finally got up the nerve to make the call.  I called fieldings office today and booked my consultation.  It is in 4 weeks and they said that the procedure is usally about 4-8 weeks after (depends how busy they are).  This was a huge step for me, this is the first person I have actually talked to about it and she did make me feel comfortable.

I asked if I needed to do anything before I came and they said no, I did ask if I needed to get blood work done to test hormone levels and she said it was not nescessary.  They just took health card info and told me to bring it or I would be charged.

I will post back and I think I will do some before and after photos as well.

Thanks again, this board has helped me sooooooooooo much with being able to read about others and come forward myself to finally do something about it besides buying black tshirts and hoodies.
