post-op poland
Hey notfedup - are you using any cream or medication to reduce the swelling.

Any of you guys whove had surgery, whats the best and quickest way to get rid of the swelling?

I noticed this advice that a user posted the other day. Cant remember who it was but surely worth a go

its "arnica"  NOT arnice

arnica tablets and cream are good for the swelling :)
