Well, it is only 6 weeks post op... but I agree those areolas still look puffy and don't look they'd go down.  Maybe this was as good as he could get it?

Maybe not enough gland was taken out..


Remember guys surgery for gynecomastia is just an improvment to your chest,,,,, Its not perfection......

I'd say it can be pretty near perfection at least.

About photos: I think there's great improvement. Little puffiness still remaining, but the gyno was also quite bad.
