It won't fix gyne. There are prescriptions let alot a supplement spray that will get rid of gyne.

Another question. What if someone injected that stuff within a fat pocket?? Would that be safe? There would be definate penitration.

I think injecting this kind of snake-oil in to your body would be anything *but* safe.  Best to leave the injecting of stuffs to the folks with medical degrees.
