about the only thing you need is a protein suppliment (to continue building muscle).

for weight lose, you can take a metabolic increaser like caffeine. i think ephedra is banned now?

don't worry about taking any special things like this.  if you want a little edge, just pop some caffeine pills. otherwise i honestly recommend you focus on cardio work instead of drugs. it is much healthier than loading up on caffeine every day

  I argree with nope1. You can do a ephedrine HCL(25mg 2-3x daily) and stack that with caffeine(200mg 2-3x daily) and you will be in good shape in no time.
Ps, Don't take more than 75mg of ephedrine HCL in a 24 hour period and 600mg of caffeine in 24 hour period.

I have had great luck with a supplement called "lipo-6" that I got from bodybuilding.com (they have the best prices on supplements, seriously!)

I stack that with ephedrine...and have lost a lot of fat.

I haven't lost a lot of pounds, but I've turned the fat into lean muscle mass. (My waist has gone down a couple inches, and my arms, shoulders and back have gained a lot of mass)
