worst case on the site?

hey guys, i think mine might take the cake for the worst case on this site. tell me what u guys think!! lol.  honest opinions respected. 6'0, 200 lbs. if not the worst case, then the worst nips, by far!! lol, extremely puffy. would gland excision help with the puffyness?

im just about your same build... mine was pretty bad too. actually wore a gyne vest all day every day... just had my surgery.. no stitching, just lipo.. ill upload pics when im done healin up.

Yours is definitely the worst case to you personally.  I know that because I feel that about myself.  It is hard to see yourself in the positive with gyno.  However, since you are making a comparison statement, I've seen worse cases on here.
Now that all said, what are you going to do about it?  You need to decide if you want to keep them and learn to accept them or to get rid of them.  If you want to get rid of them, go see and endocrinologist to see if there is something causing them that should be treated and go see a plastic surgeon that does this surgery on a regular basis to get a consultation.
