Need help picking a surgeon in NYC area

Turns out because of a thyroid condition I have my Oxford Insurance will cover my surgery.

Im planning on contacting - if I cant find one in network (I wont pay anything in that case) who might do as well.

Anyone familiar with any of these guys. Or perhaps a NJ plastic surgeon who might also be on that list.

Also as an aside. Ive had this condition since puberty. Not too bad with regard to actual size (wrse on left than right) but especially the puffy nipples have always been a drag. But I never went to an endocrinologist till now, and hadnt realized there were underlying causes. In my case in addition to the thyroid issues, the endo also found I was testosterone deficient (hypogonadism).

Something to consider for anyone else who has suffered this problem as it can be indicative of more serious matters.
