peaks and valleys while excercizing
When I lift my puffy nipples get hard and my chest looks tight and muscular, at that point I feel like I am making progress lifting, then 10 minutes later puffy nipples come plunging thruy tee shirt and I feel like whats the point. Here are some photos with shirt on. I dont have shirtless ones yet. photos dont show much then over all physique. I am 6'8'' and 303 trying to get to 275.

I agitated nipples for this photo to get tight look, 5 minutes later they stick out

Hello Matthew.
It happens to me too, the nipples become erected, I guess prob since the chest is being stimulated by exercise.
Also, when you sweat, its prob another factor.
