How long before your nips were no longer numb? And once the feeling comes back
does that mean that swelling is also almost gone as well?

It varies from patient to patient.  My surgeon, who had this procedure done on himself many years ago, said it tok a couple of years for full sensation to return.  In my case it was about 3 months.

My surgery was 3 months ago and I have almost full sensation.
