stretch marks

hi,

  I had a general question about whether the lipo can actually cause stretch marks? If so what products are proved good at removing these.

  I have bunch of stretch mark and scars through losing around 35 pounds in prep for my surgery so lotsa marks on the stomach and biceps , chest etc.

  Has anyone used this product bio-oil (http://www.bio-oil.info/en/home) . Is it any good? How about the cocoa butter cream stuff.
