Where do you draw the line between Lipo+Gland/JustGland?

Do you have to have like no fat in your chest or what? A body fat test? How does that whole thing work out?

i heard that "most cases" need some amount of lipo for the skin to tighten up aswell. but the most important is gland excision

i had VERY MINIMAL lipo...it wasnt even necessary according to the doctor, but like the early poster said, for the skin to retract, it was recommended.
