If you're considering male breast reduction I will recommend  plastic surgeon who is board certified on gynecomastia ;D

You don’t give your age.  It is very common for a male going through puberty to start to grow gland in the chest.  In the vast majority of such cases of pubescent gyne the hormones settle down again and the gland disappears of its own accord.

If you are going through puberty then it is common advice given by doctors to say that it will most likely clear itself and no medical intervention is necessary.

Surgery performed by Mr Levick at The Priory Hospital Bimingham (UK) 20th October 2006

You can also ask your doctor about referring you to an endocrinologist if it does not go away on it's own to see if there is a reason associated with the endocrine system.
