successful scarring?

hey im about 2 weeks post op and just want to know who has had a successful scarring story using silicone sheets or any other products...

at the moment my scars start nice and flat for half of the incision and then the other half is somewhat raised(ie if i pull the aroaler tite by pulling the skin it disappears---perhaps a crease?)...is this a regular thing to happen???will it go away???wat can be used to enhance the healing process???

should i be worried at this point in time???
