Where does hematoma occur? on the nipple area or around the chest? how does one know if he gets hematoma?

How big was the gland when removed?

Long long before taking your first shower?

I got a hematoma a few hours after the surgery while I was still in hospital. I had gyne on one side and the whole area (left chest) was swollen. You'll know if you've got one if the swelling doesn't go down and the drain isn't draining that much. (My drain was draining a lot but still the swelling remained).
