help me plz guys !

ok last week i went to the doctor to see what these lumps under my nipples were he told me go get a ultra sound and a blood test.

i went got a ultra sound , the report came back no gynecomastia found only fat. the doctor checked it and told me that i didnt have gynecomastia and it was only fat .

the next day i went back for the blood test results the doctor goes my hormones are fucked up .

my testosterone levels are low and my estrogen levels are too high .

he send me to a hormone specialist i got that booked for tuesday.

have any of u guys had any experience with this ? is surgery the only option ? plz guys let me know if u guys got any information on this

That's all too common with a lot of doctors who don't realize that gland tissue can be mixed with fat such that it won't show up on ultrasound.  Plastic surgeons who look in men's chests every day know that it's impossible to know for sure just how much gland is a component.  I've read so many posts like yours that I believe ultrasound is almost useless for seeing gyne.  If you've got or are developing women's breasts, then you've got gynecomastia... period. The fat/gland ratio has nothing to do with it.  Going to an endocrynologist is a good plan, though, because getting the hormones in balance will fix the problem causing the gyne.  Then you can determine what to do from there.  If you've just started to develop the gyne, then correcting the hormones may make it go away without surgery.  If you've had it for a year or more, then it's probable that you'll need surgery to remove it.

went to the hormone specialist and he also goes its just fat it isnt gynecomastia he goes he wants me try loose weight first b4 getting liposuction .
he goes if i do liposuction theres a 40% chance of it coming back he goes under my nipples are just fatty deposits What shall i do ?

I don't really think a hormone specialist would have any way of telling you the ratio of fat to gland in your chest unless he looked in there during a surgery.   

I'm not a surgeon, but what I'm saying comes from reading several surgeons' posts and articles on the matter. 

Maybe one or more of the surgeons on this site could elaborate with more detailed information or correct me if I'm wrong.

At any rate, I think you need to consult with a gynecomastia-experienced plastic surgeon who's actually looked under the skin of many gynecomastia patients.  That's who will be able to give you meaningful information.
