2 months post op, working out --> more gyne? in Post Surgery and Healing After Surgery

i know how pre op working out your chest makes the puffy nips more apparent, since my surgery only corrected my puffy nips by around 50-65% and knowing that not all of the gland is gone, would working out my chest now cause the gland to again be pushed out and therefore look bad again??
