I don't see why you're here.  You don't need people on the internet to tell you how you feel about the way you look.  If you think there's a problem, just go talk with a PS and see what he says.  I don't know what you're expecting to find out here.

I'm expecting to find out what you guys think.  I want to know whether people think its gynecomastia, or fat, or what.

Its simply to get an opinion.

If you took the time to read my initial post you would have read that I have a consultation with a PS this wednesday.

I'm not trying to sound harsh or anything but when people say that they don't think it is, you still think it is.  I think it may be gland that you can have removed through excision.

Well so far i have gotten mixed replies.  Some say that I have nothing to worry about, where as others say its a very minor case.

I'm just trying to determine whether or not I should cancel my consultation for this wednesday.  I mean regardless the PS will say he can operate just to change the shape.

I'm just curious if you guys think I may be able to change the way it looks with andractim, more exercise, cutting gels, etc.  Basically anything besides surgery.

You might want to look in to a condition called Body Dysmorphic Disorder.

I can't see how that reply was in anyway constructive.

a very very mild case, looks 100% gland to me though and fat cutting aids won't change the looks of it.

Well from what I can see you have a very minor case that does push your nipples out a bit.  It's hard to see because of your nicely developed chest, but I can somewhat distinguish the gland.

Please do me/us a favor and post a few more pics from your side (like the 2nd pic).  From what I can see, though, you do have a minor case and if it is bothering you, you should feel free to get surgery to remove it.  One way of telling if it's really gland is to push deep around the whole area looking for lumps or any "chunk" of hard mass that may seem like it isn't fat, and therefore shouldn't be there.

How so?  You've got a great physique and look perfectly ordinary to the average, reasonable person yet you're convinced you need surgery?  Your parents think you're fine, virtually all the opinions you've solicited here agree that you're fine, but you're unwilling to accept it?  Sorry, but that sounds a lot like BDD.

I think an important distinction here is that he said that when he wears a tee shirt, his nipples stick out too much.  I have the same basic problem.  When I'm shirtless, I think I look pretty much normal, but when I have a tee shirt on, all you see is the distinct shape of the pec w/ the sticking out nipple, which can look like breasts.

I think I have a case similar to his, except one of my pecs is larger than the other, because I have more muscle on one side of my body than the other, so it makes the situation even worse, once people notice the nipples sticking out.  The fat in my pec lays on top of the muscle, and I end up hearing comments around me like "that dude's got a breast!", and other fun stuff.

In any case, there are cases where it can look normal shirtless, and actually look worse with just 1 shirt or even more layers on.  The problem is that the nipple sticks out, which isn't really noticable shirtless, but when you have a shirt on which is basically flat against your body and then you have two nipple-lumps up there, they are noticeable.

Men have nipples. There's no getting around that.

You clearly can't understand what he and I are trying to convey.

My goal is use diet pills and cutting gels in an effort to shed off the last little amount of fat.  Hopefully it'll work.

True, but the majority of men do not have nipples that poke through t-shirts.

I can totally understand why that would be embarrassing. I too had a minor case (although worse than yours, definitely) and went for the surgery. I feel much better for it.

It's your body and your money.
etc.

for those of you who know where i'm coming from, do you think Andractim would be something worthwhile to look into, or would it be a waste of money?
