has anyone on here actually reduced their gynecomastia by doing exercise?  What were your results and what exercises did you do?

If it's real gynecomastia: BREAST TISSUE and not fat, there isn't any amount of exercise or dieting that will put a dent in it.  If you're fat and have moobs, you should first lose the weight before deciding you have gynecomastia.

i started off having puffy nipples when i hit puberty.  they were sore and tender.  then i started to get fat on my breasts.  I can still feel some lumps in there, although they have spread out, and they aren't tender anymore.

i got gyno ata young age and the last 2 years i got very into lifting weights and droped to about 12% body fat and it did nothing for my gyno, thats why im scheduled for surgery in dec. as i gained more muscle in my chest it just stuck out more. i have stopped working out hard and am just trying to lose all the fat i can before my sugery.

Yeah, thats the best thing to do ... just reduce bodyfat until Surgery.
