Does breast growth stop?

I was taking proscar for 2 years, but have have stop 3 years ago. After the 1st year I stopped taking proscar I noticed my developing some breast growth, but thought it was normal from aging. 6 months after that it still continued to grow, but then I didn't concern myself with it because actually liked the change for another year.

I'm not overweight, but I've been trying to excercise my chest to reduce the growth. Does the breast tissue ever stop growing? I know I should probably consult a doctor, but I just want to wait it out another year unless it gets obviously noticeable. If I go see a doctor would he think I'm crazy and make me to take medication to prevent breast growth?

I think it actually looks good on me and not overly obvious when clothed.
