Kansas City area PS

Looking for anyone who had both - excision and lipo, in the Kansas City area.  My case is not bad, and the PS say they only want to do Lipo only, (Which I think is because it is the easiest method) but my problem is more with glandular "puffy nipples" than fat (I'm 5'11" 175 lb) - but I do have both.  After gaining some valuable information off this site I don't trust Lipo only to fix my PN!

I would like to do this local - however I may end of traveling which obviously causes significant more expense and difficulty.
