Looks great--I'm contemplating surgery and would be totally happy with results like that.  Scratch that, I'd be ecstatic.  Wish I could flash forward to a year post-op!  Congrats and enjoy.

yea i feel pretty good with my results now,considering what i was a year ago, but it's been a tough long roady to recovery.

Personally I think you would look better overall in you spent the last year working out and eating right since your whole body would look good.

Chest looks very good, didnt look bad before though IMO.

Was it worth it??

i say 80% happy because of all the crap i went through to get where i am today,i went through a lot of mind games and was dealing with a complication (a crease) . you can read my ful post under the canada section under "surgery do by Lista" if you look at my photo album you will also see this crease that i had.

Hi Braveboy!  You're looking great mate.  I'm about 5 weeks post-op now myself.  Are your results from just one op?  There seems to be a lot of change in your photos over time.  Forgive me, I would read your entire post in the Canada section but it's 19 pages!!  I myself have a slight crease on my left side and a slight indent on my right.  Very minor but I was wondering if this sort of things just scar tissue and will fade over time....?
