I got a quote from Dr. DeMars, and the esimated cost is $5,130 WITHOUT inssurance coverage  :(

There was someone around just last week or so from Portland...give it a little time and I'm sure he'll post.

Try another consultation with another doc, maybe you'll find cheaper.
